Serena Amor, Meaning peace and love. Those are the words She portrays through lyrics. Whether she’s writing about the love of Christ, or the love of mankind, Serena hopes that her melodies bring healing and peace to the listeners.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, She always found a way to music. Whether it was the Chicago children’s chorus or the praise and worship team, She just wanted to sing. Only writing short melodies and poems, She had not pursued writing as a career until her 20s. Serena Amor currently lives in Greensboro, NC where she finds much inspiration to write for both herself and other artists. She hopes to forever hold to her name, Serena Amor, peace and love.
Where are you from?
I’m originally from Chicago, IL. I moved to North Carolina at the age of 14. I currently live in Winston Salem, NC with my family .
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of music?
Basketball is my favorite sport, I also love volleyball . I love making my daughter laugh. Her laugh brings so much joy.
What first got you into music?
Harmonies. Learning that I could hear simple harmonies and developing that drew me to music. It one of the most enjoyable feelings for me . To be able to come together with others, singing different notes, yet creating one beautiful sound is so satisfying.
What’s next for you?
Live performance and travel. Letting the world get to know the peace and love of Serena Amor. Also me getting to know the world a little more. Then, releasing my first Album.

I want to know as an artist and a song writer. My goal is to write for multiple artist in multiple genres.
Tell us about your latest project/single (release date, title, tours, etc)
My lastest song is called “Moment”. “Moment” is all about letting go of today’s worries, living tomorrow wait for itself, and enjoy the very moment that you’re in; whether that is enjoying yourself or enjoying those around you.

Who is your dream collab?
At the moment, I would like to collaborate with a band called CAIN. I believe there are Caucasian but I think we can do a really cool song that can reach everybody and show unity in the Christian faith.
