Tony is a music Producer born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He developed an interest for music at a very young age. His father bought him a guitar as his first instrument when he was still a kid. From there, Tony started taking private guitar lessons, watching YouTube tutorials to improve his skills. Once his skills were polished he began posting videos on his YouTube channel where he would mostly do covers of popular songs.
Do you have any hobbies or interests?
I used to play a lot of story based video games when I was younger, but I mostly play online shooting video games nowadays like Apex Legends.
Going to the gym 5 days a week. Since I don’t go out too much, it’s a good way for me to stay healthy
Playing music on a daily basis. Whether it’s making a beat or just playing an instrument like the piano or the guitar.
What first got you into music?
I got into music initially because my father bought me a guitar when I was young and I fell in love with the instrument. Music production came in much later in life when I stumbled upon youtubers who would make beat tutorials and it really got me interested. So I started binge watching a lot of music production content on Youtube until I’ve gathered enough information to start doing it myself in december 2020.
What's next for you?
Growing my Youtube channel is my priority at the moment. I’m trying to upload on a regular basis in order to create a community that follows me. Putting myself out there on the internet is the best way for me to get recognized as a serious music producer.
Tell us about your latest works
I do not release music as an artist. The only music I create usually goes to my Youtube channel. Just to give you an idea, I recently released a collaboration with a professional saxophone player where we make a chill beat from scratch.
Give us 2 quotes from yourself.
Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today
Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient)
Who is your dream collab?
One of the first YouTube tutorials that I’ve watched on music production was from Simon Servida, a music producer from Toronto. He really is the one who got me into it and collaborating with him would be an honor.
What are your most newsworthy mentions?
In 2015, I got a college study certificate in sound and recording at Cegep of Drummondville.
I recently became video editors for the music production company Cymatics.
Fast forward to today Tony went the music production route where he had the opportunity to work with multiple producers from all around the world. His YouTube channel went from guitar content to music production content. He has composed music for podcasts and marketing projects, slowly building up his catalog. The main goal for Tony now seems to be keep making content and grow his network in order for him to get to the next level, which is working with artists, movie production companies, video game companies, and more.
