Everyday Clout: Tell us about yourself in 2-3 sentences. Where are you from, and what makes your music unique?
IceDaGemini: I’m IceDaGemini, born and raised in New York. My music reflects my life, my city, and my journey—it’s real and relatable. I create from the soul, and I think that’s what sets my sound apart.
Everyday Clout: What inspired you to start making music?
IceDaGemini: When I was younger, I loved writing poetry. My cousin was into rapping and kept trying to get me to join her. One day, we wrote a rap together, and little by little, I started loving it. That’s when I realized I could turn my words into something powerful.
Everyday Clout: How would you describe your style or sound?
IceDaGemini: My style? Straight New York. When I listen to my music, I hear all the influences of the artists I grew up on, but it’s still unapologetically me.
Everyday Clout: Who are your biggest influences or inspirations in the music industry?
IceDaGemini: My inspirations run deep—JadaKiss, EVE, Remy Ma, Jay-Z, Biggie, Foxy Brown. They’ve all shaped my artistry in some way, and their influence shows in my music.
Everyday Clout: What message or feeling do you want listeners to take away from your music?
IceDaGemini: I want people to feel seen and heard. Life throws challenges at all of us, and my music is here to remind people that they’re not alone. Whether it’s about love, struggle, or triumph, I make music that speaks to the heart.
Everyday Clout: Tell us about your most recent release. What was the creative process like?
IceDaGemini: My latest track is still in the works, but let me tell you—making music is a vibe. I don’t really have a set process. I just tap into the mindset of whichever artist I think would kill the beat, and then I make it my own. That’s where the magic happens.
Everyday Clout: Do you have any upcoming projects, shows, or collaborations you’d like to share?
IceDaGemini: Absolutely! This month is packed. I’ve got shows lined up every week, and I’m shooting two music videos. I’m just staying focused, staying in my lane, and letting the blessings flow.
Everyday Clout: What has been the biggest challenge for you as an artist, and how did you overcome it?
IceDaGemini: One of the toughest challenges is dealing with the fact that some men in this industry don’t take female artists seriously unless intimacy is involved. But I’ve always known my worth. I’m here to sell my music, not my body. Another challenge is staying calm when people underestimate me, but I let my work speak for itself.
Everyday Clout: Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
IceDaGemini: Honestly, I don’t plan five years ahead. I set six-month goals because they’re more realistic. In six months, I plan to have my EP out, more videos dropped, and my name buzzing in even more states. Growth is the goal.
Everyday Clout: What advice would you give to other aspiring artists trying to make it in the industry?
IceDaGemini: Be honest with yourself—this industry isn’t for everyone. Find your lane, perfect your craft, and stay focused. Work hard, work smart, and never let distractions take you off your path. Build connections, stay humble, and remember: what’s meant for you will always be yours.
