•What was the inspiration behind the lyrics of your new song?
“Going through a heartbreak and the emotions
that comes with it. That was definitely the inspiration for this song I knew both male and female could relate to it.”
•Can you walk us through the creative process of composing the music for this track?
“I had some personal things happen causing me to shut down, and I just allowed my heart to speak.”
•How does this new song differ from your previous work in terms of style or message?
“I opened up to a side of me that people don’t often see.”
•Are there any personal experiences or emotions that influenced the creation of this song?
“Experiencing heartbreak along with other things to the point that I didn’t want to live at that present moment of time.”
•What message or feeling do you hope your listeners take away from this song?
“I said "Took them pills still here so I’m going to just count them blessings.” The message I want my listeners to take away is that, even though you may experience bad times in a relationship never allow it to make you feel like you don't want to exsist because life is beautiful!”
•What challenges did you face while working on this song?
“One major challenge I faced was the hurt I was experiencing while writing this because when you love someone and give them your all getting betrayed by them is a different kind of pain.”
•What’s next for you after releasing this song, and how does it fit into your larger body of work as an artist?
“This will be the first single off my "Right Hand 2 God" EP and it will be featured on 70 radio stations including iHeart radio. "Right Hand 2 God" is the pre release to my upcoming album dropping in August titled "More Than Music" both will have industry artists featured on them and both will be distributed by major label “Empire”
